If they aren’t adding any new missions and/or raids, I’m out. Adding new gear sets and weapons just to use at the same missions that have been stale for months does not help.

I really wish they would bring out a survival mode, I still go back and play that quite regularly. In fact, if they brought out a Division 3 I would have no reason to ever come back to this game but I would still go back and play survival.

1. All the sudden there’s a huge push in Div2 …sounds like Div3 may be cancelled or put on hold. 2. Sounds like “we know better than our community” game dev syndrome. Blizzard made this mistake for years and they are just now realizing it doesn’t work. 3. I don’t think we need Div3 at all - Div2 looks amazing, has great foundations, never crash, servers always feel good. I just want an expansion that gives us better content, harder content, WAY more mob diversity, drop the Tom Clancy name holding this game back, give us WAY WAY more room in Stash if you are going to keep adding gear. Maybe even multiple Stashes (red stash/blue stash/yellow stash/ mod stash) so it’s not hyper intensive on the servers. This game has New World syndrome and it has it BAD. It has some of the best build diversity in any game and yet they ignore QOL and Content the Community wants.

With that train icon beneath the Summit, I was sure we would see Underground resurrected. I actually really enjoyed underground from Div 1 far more than survival. Survival to me is just a short Hardcore mode session. A whole year should have yielded SOMETHING exciting, if not entirely new. Literally off the top of my head: Dependant on how compatible the maps and other assets are, a return to new york and it's missions would be amazing. Perhaps up the team size to 8 for missions and slap a bunch more ads in. Cross platform to rejuvenate the player pool somewhat. Give us bikes so we can ride around on Fixies like hipsters. 12 Player invasion missions. PVP arenas in the mission maps. ... I dunno, I feel like there are things that could be done to excite the player base again. Slicing the verticality off the Summit and calling it a day doesn't feel great to me. It also doesn't feel like a solid day's work either TBH.

I didn't start playing again until recently and didn't know about half of these things. Yet I've seen almost 90% of it in DZ and now it all makes sense. Dying to players with a nemesis which I was holding the angle for yet they never peeked on me.

I really don't understand the purpose of introducing the expertise and efficiency level up system. Does massive try to make the game even more boring?

I rather know ....Despite what specialization I'm using when I can start mixing up the skills are going to be available??

Games modes? I have a suggestion. I am an old PC gamer from when the days of hosting your own servers was the norm. Anyway, there was a game mode in Nova Logic's Land Warrior that was called Attack and Defend. It was timed and teams attacked targets with C-4 and the other team defended them. I used to have to kick a player out of my server to get in. It was that popular. Just a suggestion but To make it a good experience The devs would need to at least make it 8 vs. 8. It was and still is IMHO the best multiplayer experience I ever had playing any shooter .

I doubt they will make skill changes they haven’t touch any of the skills since launch or even rework some skills that need to be reworked

One thing I can disagree about is the Nemesis is fine where it's at there's no reason to complain about that weapon let alone it has a charge mechanic to balance the weapon also corner glitching the only way I see them resolving that issue is to remove the scope from the game completely or get rid of the mechanic where they can zoom in. there should be no reason why they can't do that it's no different how they removed all the talents from gear in the older patches since we got the overhaul in division 2 it can only use talents on chess pieces and backpacks.

Definitely agree with you here. Those things have been a problem in pvp for a long time. In my opinion I feel this is the reason the game needs more buffs than nerfs. You made a valid point about the mortar and sticky bombs but the same can be said about the shields in pvp that alot of content creators feel needs a nerf smh. I feel nerfing Shields is a mistake especially in PVE alot of survivability will be lost in summit and legendary missions. People will become more skill reliant in those missions especially how hard the mpc's rush and flank. If status damage can not be managed than buff hazard protection, there is no reason a build that is at 100% haz pro should be still taking damage from hives, fire and ect. If shrapnel damage can not be fixed, they should at least make it so that when it is thrown it does not stick to a player and also delay the time before it activates after thrown by at least 6 sec so you have time to get out of the way if a player throws it on top of you..

Hello thx for your vid. Totally agreed . I am a 4200 SHD PC player and DZ is now unplayable. Too much Cheaters. Im not a huge PVP fan, but farming DZ to stuff our clan members ( The gift, etc...) is near impossible. Ideally, if Massive could do something about grouping in DZ or to create dedicated servers for people with a long time passed as renegade, for those who want to PVP. cheaters are a big issue especially when grouped.

Hi Patrick, my take of what is REALLY goin on is the following> They dont actually care nor spend too much time & recources on Division 2 they simply addin some minor "updates" to the game ONLY for marketing purposes and hype the community up for Division Heartland in order to simply enter that game which is gonna be free to play multiplayer game with 6 agents to choose and simply cash out all the money from cosmetics and online store i assume. a good update will be to be able to kill 1shot 1 kill enemies even if you hit them in the body, because this is the sniper .... after the players can sprint which makes them even harder to hit, you only need a headshot for instant kill , i know nemesis can insta kill bodyshoot , but until full charge it , u are down 2 times .. :))

Hey Patrick Wolf, I agree with you on how the nemesis should be nerfed. I have a good sniper build with 1.1m armor two blues and four reds with perfect focus and perfect vigilance and my crits hits up to at least four million on players but I don’t see how players who runs more than 1.2m armor and still one shot players that’s more than 1.4m armor. I think in order for players to actually one/two shot they’ll have to use a build with sniper stats because most of the community is abusing fox prayers and contractors….. those should be another thing they need to tweak or something

Rework the set bonus... New gear isn't new gear when the bonus is the same as other 1 piece.... How about if a player chooses to have all 3 set bonus you get some sort of talent... Example 3 Piece Badger Tough gets 5% All Damage Resistence on kill for 5 secs...

Make locked Raid items available in missions and open world. Its 3 years later and they still havent put the Eagle Bearer out into the open world. Its dumb to lock certain iteams behind a game mode not everyone wants to play.

(PS4) It has always been a broken game since day one of Div . I hate raids I left Destiny because of this priority of Groups getting the best items. They just dumped solo players but division was sold as a game solo players could compete in but with the raids it is now not enjoyable. The camping in the dark zone is back as the team players can kill you before they are killed by the turrets. Since the developers from Destiny joined this game and the raids came in its been impossible to do Dark Zone in any serious manner. Div 1 was great at 1.4 but Div 2 is just boring after a while. They seem to want to make the people who like the Call of Duty PVP game mode. Oh by the way I really agree with everything you said.

Geez, I don't expect anything more of Division 2. I'm baffled how the company is making any money on the franchise. I've played this game for at least two years exclusively. I got it for free because I was a Division 1 player, then got the NYC expansion for a song --under $20 IIRC. So $20 for two years of gameplay. That's probably an order of magnitude less than my prior annual FPS game bill, during which I blew thru probably five different games per year. The only thing I'd ask for is more realism and more gore. Most engagement is way too close to be believable, the bullets way too weak, and the gore is too Disney-level PG.

Yea the shrapnel should not stick to your body, glass canon should not work with status, you shouldn’t be able to go invisible by melee a ladder or a door, and you shouldn’t be able to go invisible in conflict. PvP is great but it’s definitely broken

we only have 2 more updates that they are gonna be able to get out before the end of the physical year. If anyone notices, they dont care or give two shits about what the community wants. survival is a solid win and would pull ppl back and give them room to make new and impressive game modes. PvP is endgame and the fact that they dont have a dedicated team to work on it just speaks for itself. Honestly the game needs a roll back, remove the updates and fix the game at its core then go from there. hit registration, immunity glitch from cover and or rolling, walls, corner glitch, pve damage on respawn in the dz, all of these things have been in the game since day one......if you know you know. oh and pts not being able to be put on console is utter lies, dont believe me. i got one game that does patches like clockwork, Warframe.

Okay we've waited 2 years for this "bigger than ever" update, but now they're saying "oh no this isn't the update, that one is coming later". So when exactly can I with confidence tell my buddys to reinstall the game again?? Also in regards to never introduce survival - My money is that they're going for that nostalgia with Hearthlands (but it's going to be a glorified battle royale with loot crates mark my words).

Corner glitching with a Nemesis is one I see once a weekend in the DZ or Conflict. All player who hides behind a shield corner glitching and abuses the coyotes mask with contractors gloves and foxes prayer knee pads. These combination of tactics is typically among certain players who can't play with out using the glitches. Lastly when the glitches don't work effectively. Those players resort to cheating & bring out the cronusmax controllers and turn on the cheats.

Good job getting Countdown buffed (nerfed?) and you aren't even going to play it... 👎 Adding in 8 man content with a timer when a VAST majority of the people that still play are solo PVE guys is just a fundamental miss. At least remove the timer if it's going to stay in. And then you PW toot the PvP horn *constantly*, for the 4 people that play and whom all admit it's STILL BROKEN (*hint* it always will be). So sick of cool things in PvE getting nerfed or changed for the sake of a game mode that *can't* be balanced in an RPG context, which is what is at the core of div2 and what makes it unique in the shooter genre. WoW and other MMORPGs had the same problem WRT PvE vs PvP balancing- and IMO it's a distraction to the devs and wasted time for a side-show mini-game better done in other formats. It's always has been and always wiill be a sh*t-show when they try for 'balance' and IMO they shouldn't bother in the first place. Even if all PvP people left the community, it wouldn't change anything, you play when it's broken, or you don't either way. I'd rather have more *content*, and less PvP concern. There is only so much dev bandwidth available.

This game makes me laugh. Claims of wanting to increase build diversity but come back with nerfs to the things that are working. They saw what happened after they buffed striker. The usage rate probably went through the roof but lord forbid they used the same logic with rest of the game. Just remove PvP and focus on the PvE part for div2. Heartlands will cover pvp with hopefully a better anticheat and coding (or be the zoo for the cheating chimps). Why continue to do 2 mediocre jobs when u can do one good? PvP will not give more comebacks like a great PvE release will do. Take the 3 darkzones give them a new faction and use them for something usefull.

We don’t need a division 3 announcement, players are tired of being fleeced for more money , we want regular dlc’s and more raids and support like destiny 2 , and GTA5 have and receive . 2 raids are not enough we should have 6 by now.
