Great interview with Rocky @ Korando's. It looks like exactly the type of bar that I will be looking for in Pattaya. As a retired R&R Musician I've had my share of Girlie Bars, if you get my drift! I want a nice place with good food, good service and good friends!. Don't get me wrong, the beautiful ladies don't hurt and it will be a joy the be able to sit and chat with a lady that has no agenda. Thanks for the great insight Trev! Keep it rollin'

I went to korandos a few times on my last trip to Thailand, perfect atmosphere, Rocky did come over and say hi and if everything was OK, girls not pushy at all and the pizzas where great.. its a perfect place to start your night out off or even going on just a chilled night. Overall was great and I will be returning on my return to Thailand soon.

Don't fall in love 😆 . Just before Rocky said that I was talking about a guy I knew who was in his late 60s, terrible shape and constantly thought the working girls liked him because he was such a good lover. He was completely delusional and is still sponsoring a girl who's about 20 years old. You can give all the great advise but some people are just dumb 😆

Love the attitude of this bar! No hassle, seems a great place to sink a few beers, eat or whatever. We all know that generally that its not how most bars operate, so it's a good change, a place to stop off even during the evening. While I can't get back there, I've a growing list to make sure I do when I come back. Korandos is on that list! Chok dee na kup!

good interview. i like this guy, i like his ideas.i would visit this bar for sure. when i go out i just want to chill and not be pressured all the time.it's good to enjoy good company and relax and not feel pressured.

Great approach to managing your customer’s experience.

Much like Rocky says, generally you'll have no hassle in Thailand unless you look for it. My thing is if you show the Thai's respect and respect their culture, you'll have no problems. Never make them lose face, its simply not worth it. You'll have a great time if you stick to those things.

Another good video, enjoyed listening to your chat with Rocky. I will definitely visit Korando,s, sounds like my kind of bar,. Soi 6 has never really been my scene, only ever been there once. I like bars like Korando,s where you can sit, enjoy your drink and time without hassle. Take care, stay safe.

Soi 15 is a great area to stay it's always where I try to stay if possible. Those pizzas looked delicious will have to try 1 when I get back, I might even get a Hawaiian with extra pineapple?

I love Korando’s bar, I’ve been going there since not long after it first opened. It’s a first class bar without the first class prices.

Can't beat a good Pizza, especially watching a good footy match, always enjoyable to see Arsenal getting hammered while enjoying a cold beer, more so if I'm sat in Thailand on Holiday when watching it!. Looks like Korando's is a good place for that. Nice girls as well. It's always nice to have a "no hassle" bar to go to where everything is chilled, nice eye candy to escape to from the madness of town at times. Rocky seems to have the balance right in his bar, definitely one to visit a few times on my next trip.

I agree 100% on the owners outlook that customers are more likely to tip the girls more if not hassled. Looks a relaxed place and decent enough bloke running the show whose got his customer service sorted. Will pop in for a pizza and orange juice and might even have a game of 'Fat Boy" which is what we used to call it many years ago in the clubs and pubs.....darts! 🤣🤣

Quarantine being reduced to 7 days for vacinated travellers this month ( April ) so this is encouraging....looks like October before quarantine is further reduced as the Thai government want around 70% of the Thai population vacinated by then...if this is possible or not ? Let's hope so....also quarantines need to be lifted on return flights back to the UK otherwise it's still very costly on top of normal holiday expenses. All flights back to the UK from Quatar need to currently do a 14 day quarantine in the UK. By June / July....everyone will have a clearer picture as to the future i think. Have to say that although I've visited Pattaya around a dozen times, over the years, I'd never even considered staying in the Buakhao or LK Metro area as I became comfortable in the Soi 2 through Soi 8 scene but, from what I've heard tell by friends I've collected, seems I may have been missing out - big style. Korando's looks just the sort of place i would enjoy to while away probably a good part of my evenings (even days) as I've seen enough Agogo bars and the like (I also quite quickly got tired of the Walking Street repetitiveness). Will say hello, if I see any of you guys and thank you personally for these two interviews you've shared.

Yes , Rocky , the old school trade will always works in the business world , some guys just wants peaceful nights , eat some good food, drink a beer without too much disturbrance , where they could work out their mind to re-think about things happening , in business world we need to understand customers mind ourselves , put our mind in their shoes then its a nice place to remember this place whenever it comes to mind. If we wants something else we could just go to Soi 6, 7 or 8 or even an Agogo club, in Singapore thats how we make money for bosses and in the same time gain experiences , in the future teaching thai ladys thats how business world is rather then their short-time mind just thinking of taking what they can , I will visit your club on july after vaccination, Rocky , see u soon

Good interview Trevor it looks like a great place. However, you need to have a serious word with Rocky about the photos they post on social media. Some are very poor quality and do nothing for the image of Korandos. They need to hire you to take decent photos.

Hi Trev I'm sorry to report that I've now decided to stop visiting temples and markets and I'm now heading straight to Korandos 555

Definitely looking forward to having a few beers in Korandos, chill, watch sport, play pool, chat to beautiful girls, sounds like a Carlsberg bar. Not sure of the situation regarding the girls. If there's no short time am I right in thinking there is long time upstairs? I like the look of this place. 24 hours opening is great, pizzas look awesome, enjoy sports and people watching, girls look cute and you can take them away i hope 😀? I may even stay upstairs accommodation looks ideal, all that I need , first and last beers at this place every day
