These feeling of depression can really seem like a rollercoaster ride so when you feel down always remember that there’s an up coming just round the corner. When I get down I find that helping other people really helps. Sometimes by just holding a door open for a person or listening to someone so they feel heard or making somebody smile with a joke. These are all positive actions that make me feel better about myself. I like to cycle through the countryside and admire the beauty of nature. I like to listen to an eclectic mix of music most days. I find ambient music clears my mind when my thoughts are spiralling. Just choose positive actions no matter how small and let them grow. You’re a good person , remember that ❤

Boredom can be an issue especially if you don't want to spend any money which seems to be common amongst retirees (because they simply don't have any money). However, there is a lot to do. Many bars have jogging, cycling, golf, sailing, tennis, running, fitness, rowing, equestrian, yoga, meditation, etc. etc. clubs. There are some really good fitness centers in Pattaya. If you wish to be active, there is a lot of choice. And, you don't have to go through a bar. Just go. There are regular lessons and events at the Ocean Marina, for example (Claimed to be the biggest marina in Asia.) And, I believe that the restaurants around the marina are the best in Pattaya. Personally, I don't stay up late. I get up fairly early in the morning and play golf or tennis before it gets hot. I also like the mid-day Gents Clubs and Soapies rather than the late night bars although Myth Night has become an attraction. Some of the Myth Night bars have attracted some really pretty girls.

Interesting tip that I will try. But I reacted directly to the review of Zip. As a Swede, I can say that Zip's pizza is the worst I've eaten. But maybe because I chose my favorite kebab pizza. But "Pizza Italy" has good pizzas and not far away.

Only one of these I have done is the spa/full massage. And not only in Pattaya, I found similar places in Bangkok and in Vietnam. Will definitely be checking out some of these places the next time. I'm only afraid some of the girls will be sick and tired of going to the waterpark by then😜🤣
