I felt like the Maxell tape guy sitting in a chair being blown away by the sound coming out of the speaker….at 8 years old in a movie theater. It has been my faysong since I was 8….I am 60 now….EVERY time I hear it, it moves my soul and I get chills. I’ve heard a lot of music…this song changed the of a little girl musically…

I really think that song influenced many bands from the 70's, including Queen. I could totally see Brian May playing the guitar solo in the end, and Freddie singing that melody going from romantic to heavy rock with strings. This is amazing.

I'm 44. This song is older than me. I remember hearing this song when I was 9 and it blew my mind. I have no idea what 'The Beatles' is. Didn't know Paul was a part of it. 50 years later, The Beatles music and the solo efforts from the four still blows my mind.

I saw this tour at the Kingdome in Seattle in 76 and saw McCartney there again in 91 with Linda.. Two of my all time greatest concerts ever and I have been to well over 100! 😎

As an 11 year old kid I couldn't wait for the next James Bond movie to come out and I remember this one above all because it was such a perfect movie for me at that age and because this is the best James Bond theme song ever. I remember it so vividly, watching the movie drinking a coke through a piece of red licorice that I decided to use as a straw because you know that's what 11 year old kids did back then.

I was on embarkation leave with my civvy mate Steve during July 73 in North Devon and this song was always on the jukebox at the Fairway Buoy in Westward Ho! It was buzzing there and we had a great time. The Fairway Buoy is still an attraction I’m glad to say.
