Need a complete reboot with some new players & get rid of the deadwood. They need to build a team around Armstrong plus they need a leader on the pitch like Kevin Gray, Danny Grainger etc. Finally maybe get rid of the likes of Skelton etc with new coaching staff etc & staff left from the Pressley & Beech years.

12 defeats from 13 games. I left the house at 6am this morning, got home at 11pm, I'm £100 out. To watch that? If the results are poor I expect some fight. Looking for a huge improvement next season in attitude from the players

Regroup in the summer, go again next season and get a squad that not only gets us promotion but already gelled and ready for division 1. This season has shown us the gap is massive, and having to rely on loan players isn't the way for stability. Unfortunately we have had to use that system for to long and it has shown. Simmo, Imho has to look at his coaching staff/methods and get them right before next season starts because he has to get it right from the getgo. COYB 💙💙

Have to laugh at the comments who continue to knock Simmo when clubs are chopping & change management every other week & STILL it makes no difference! Simmo is our manager & WILL BE NEXT SEASON!!! rebuilding work over the coming weeks ....another tilt at promotion but hopefully be better prepared!! In Simmo we trust 🙏 🎉

I admire you're faith in Simpson but he has proved this year that he's lost it. Keep him and we're heading to the National League. He screwed us up with his pathetic January window, we need to get rid.

And replace Simmo with who ? You have clearly made up your mind so you must surely have a replacement in mind. So who is it ? Don't forget that your choice may not be available. I don't expect an answer as to who you would have instead of Simmo but I'm hoping you may surprise me on that one. So, we'll see.

When Simmo eventually steps down probably under the banner "by mutual agreement ",bearing in mind the backing and opportunity that is on offer,there will be scores of applicants for the position.Some will be good,some bad and some indifferent and it is vital that the owners use appropriate advice to appoint their choice.There will be up and coming young coaches with fresh ideas that may be suitable, who knew about Mick Wadsworth before he was appointed for instance.Having said that one name to consider is Nigel Pearson

Definitely will bounce back. Changing manager isn’t always the answer. The board, staff, recruitment and players have to be accountable. American owners need to spend money wisely

The same old story. Get rid, he is shit. Until of course they see who Simmo releases and then the lamentable boo hoo of "They should never have got of rid him". A bit like a certain G. Murray who was let go by a Simmo predecessor but the same comments are made. They called him worse than shit when he was here and less than 6 months later "They should never gave got rid of him".

@@davidroutledge1732 Simmo picks the team week in week out he trains them every day, what does he do on the training pitch with them ?? Like come on some performances this season have been dire and the football has been shocking. Look at all the clubs around us they have changed there managers and have a slim chance of survival. I will tell you now if Simmo has a slow start in league 2 all of yous will be calling for him to be sacked
