Hello Paul,great video as always!Could we control through bonuses and their absence? We can say that when we make money,we make them all and share accordingly.Or is compensation not included as the tool to control?I have my Process Improvement exam today and your videos are my main source for DMAIC.Cheers!

Michal - I'm not a fan of bonus systems as typically people don't behave as you expect them to. A better way is to just have clear standard operating instructions and ask everyone to follow them, then regularly involve them in improvement projects....

@@vidhyaskantha4311 I do Pharma course here in Ireland and Process Improvement is was one of my modules,I do not do Six Sigma as such,but as a part of that module.
