Nice these are all I do cause my technique is kinda wack otherwise lol. The trick to stay paused longer is to wait until the weights and your body completely stop moving, then wait a sec, then ascend.

I definitely should've had someone else count. Having that much weight on your back makes time slow down.

I didn't feel the need for one in addition I'm trying to move weight without it because when you add that belt the squat feels much lighter.
