All you really need for a functional dodge build is the rogue deck maxed out, and aced duck and cover with a suit. 50% dodge standing still, 60% dodge sprinting, 65% dodge on a zip-line. Spend the rest of your 116 points wherever you like, doesn't matter when you statistically dodge over half of the shots made at you

The only part where I give pd2s dozer a + point is in his voice actor. I mean like: ,,do you have ANY idea how FUCKED you are!,, or ,,IM GONNA CRUSH EM like a FUCKING piano!,, are just so great. +Erasus play Heat Street Overkill 145 then talk about hard. Anyways PD:TH's GL40 was not very reliable in killing and only broke the glass visor. They can't be stunned, they run, never retreat, just 1 dozer on OK145 can destroy an entire group. The only to 1 shot a dozer is a tripmine exploding at their visor but even then they can survive. Also, skull dozers can be solo'd by anyone with HE rounds. In PD:TH, you can barely solo one on Hard difficulty. I think I said enough, gg.
