My Dad is 89 and still alive and kicking and it makes really grateful to God 🥲 for having him this long. Irs my mum i miss so dearly. She pased un 1994.. a really long time ago. I lost my parents in 2008 and still carry a sense of sadness, wishing they were here to relish the rewards of their hard work. Thinking about the fun memories kinda make me strong!

My dad didnt eat so much but he loved varieties. He was more adventurous with foods than any of us. And also would like things not so cooked so he'd taste rhe freshness. He definitely loved ofe nsala. We liked eating with him cos then we would eat big meat Lol. It was fun with my dad till he fell sick and passed in 1998. A lot has happened in our family since then but God is our strength and motivator. It is well with us in Jesus Name.

And trust me he is proud of u and misses u so much ma.😢😢😢😢😢 chaii i feel for people without a father. I may even kill myself if anything happens to any of my parent. Cos they are d reason i keep pushing hard. They are my backbone. 😊😊😊😊😊😊 i love u miss winnie❤❤❤❤❤

Your tribute to your Dad is a nice one, well, i find out from your story that yours is exactly the opposite of my own experience. Incidentally, my own father is alive but so far having him has brought nothing of Joy or peace to my life, as i write now, am full of tears at the sorrow, setbacks and pains caused in my life by the person who is supposed to be my father and unfortunately he does this together with my mother. Honestly it has made me keep asking why i am so unlucky in having or knowing him. Am not sure am in any way better than an orphan even though he is well to do. Infact, my mates from less privileged homes and even the fatherless ones are far better than me. It seems he vowed not to see us make progress or excel in life. Winnie you said u miss your father and wish he is alive but mine is alive, but my prayer is not same with yours. I run from the horror of seeinh me bcs of the torment he causes me. Am lonely and almost depressed bcs of the maltreatment from my parents from my childhood till now despite all i do ti show them love but they keep rejecting it and even tells others to false things against me just to make them hate me. I hv tried my best to be very good and live an an upright life yet they don't welcome me or see any good in me. My father only provide a fraction of what i need during my schooling and always tell me, that he is only doing the little he does bcs of what people will say and not that he actually wants to do it. In any case, God knows best, but i must say Am among those who were not loved, welcomed or encouraged by their biological father. Mine only wishes me ill and curses. He works in every way for my downfall and destruction but by the special Grace of God, i know that the Almighty God who kept me despite all all his evil Plans and efforts which he has been doing in partnership with my mother will never ever fail to fight for me give me Victory. I believe that Laughter, Joyful Celebrations is my testimony this Season and all through the many many coming years of my Life in Jesus name i pray, Amen.
