The main difference btw manichitratazhu and bhoolbhulaiya is, manichitratazhu is actually a psychological triller movie presented as a horror movie while bhool bhulaiya is a comedy movie presented as a supernatural horror movie.. (Edit:rip to the legend NEDUMUDI VENU💐)

The other languages literally made the story more commercial and it lost its crux. So malayalam is the one which is the best when it comes to screenplay and story. So should definitely watch the malayalam version

Malayalam movie treats the story that way… a happy family gets affected due to the possession of the ghost… indeed, it’s a drama! Worth watching and you can’t even compare this one with Akshay’s version🤦‍♀️

This song is a beautiful one which comes at a beautiful time in the movie. The lyrics of it cannot be put in words. This is a malayalam movie but this song has Tamil in it..still get goosebumps just listening and watching it.. sometimes subtitles and explanations cannot convey the deep meanings behind it. but gotta admit translator has done a great job in translating it..😊 P.S - also aah the pronunciation...never mind even other Indians other than malayalees won't be able to read it..😭 Malayalam words are difficult and lot of tongue twisters..😅

This movie itself was a masterpiece . In order to understand the hidden details you have to view it multiple times. Then also you could not find all such clues or details. In this song itself there are so many minute details. In 6:56 Mohanlal points out at sreedevi and sang the lines. It refers that she have been making up stories and self trapped in order to save Ganga. Mohanlal in the first lines points at ganga saying the lines sarasa sundari. Towards the last mohanlal points out at nagavallis photo in the same line. It refers as if ganga is nagavalli. These are some details but there are many other details not only in the song but also in the film. This is why this film is just magnificent while comparing with other remakes. Not even remakes, it is just superb in Malayalam too. I have watched this film many times but I couldn't figure out the whole things. I watched other videosin KZfaq in which the hidden details have been revealed.
