shoebox clone, 8mm second stage, 5mm third stage with a 110mm stroke. Ball bearings on main crank and con rod. pumps to 5000 psi and has a 3rd stage moisture trap Mk 2 will have cooling fins to help with cooling.

Parts list? in particular, the dual piston compression chambers the other parts, prime mover & pulley/wheel can be had pretty easily....

You should put a parts list up and a source to get them from. KZfaq is meant for people to share this kind of knowledge so we can all have a shot at saving some money. Not everyone is like you and I and can just look at something like your large shoebox clone and make it for themselves. I will be making one and hope to finish it soon and will post parts sources and build diagram for those of you who would like to build one.

could you explain how to did theses check valves: oring material and duro. also are you using viton seal to seal the rod? How fast do you fill a tank?

It appears the output is unconnected so the two and a half minute run is just to pressurize the moisture trap? I guess at that speed the lack of cooling isn't a problem. Nice build though.
