✅Will need:
1 kg. peaches
500g sugar
35 gr. pectin
10 gr. ginger root
1 cinnamon stick
1 sprig of badjan
For this mixture I made 800 ml of jam.
The jam has to have all the tastes in perfect harmony. So be careful with the spices. Don't add too many of them.
❗If you have pure pectin and not a pectin mixture with citric acid, be sure to add some citric acid to the jam. The taste will be more harmonious.
