I was just wondering when we'd be seeing Camilla again. And then she said she wasn't born in 1992, the same year in which I was married. And then I was even happier, as I could imagine Camilla as my daughter and Justin as my no good, trouble-making son-in-law with a gruff exterior but a heart of gold...

Pure emotion when he sings. even today. Ten is on my top 10 list of greatest albums. It is non-stop amazing songs. I like their later albums but Ten was just on another level for me. Maybe because it was when I was in college and this was the change in the music scene from the hair band stuff to the grunge sound and it was very refreshing to me. A lot of people cannot stand his voice because of how he sings and he has become a bit of a combination of Neil Young and Bob Dylan...lol.... but he still puts on amazing shows. A few years back I remember seeing them cover the Who's Reign Over Me and it was amazing. And I love Mike McCready's guitar playing so Pearl Jam hits me on so many levels....And Matt Cameron, not the drummer here, is amazing on drums and played on Geddy's solo album.

Eddie Vedder is an incredible singer, even now. And he's the last man standing when it comes to all the best lead singers of the grunge era, who have sadly passed away. R.I.P. Kurt Cobain, Layne Staley, Chris Cornell, Scott Weiland and Chester Bennington. 😞And thank you all for your great contributions.

The album version is nice but this performance portrays the emotions captured in the lyrics, like he transported himself to the time when he wrote it, simply amazing. Definitely one of the best if not THE best live performance

Oceans, Jeremy, and Porch at MTV unplugged are outstanding. Every song is really well done though. IMO, Pearl Jam had the greatest unplugged performance. Nirvana’s was most iconic.

Thank you for reaction Justin. Channel killing it for me. All the Yes and now some PJ. A Seattle boy, class of '91. Right in the scene, well, seeing formative gigs and club shows. All the Seattle bands' Unplugged performances are amazing. Alice in Chains, Nirvana (although not my cup of tea), Queensryche. Wish Soundgarden had one. Well met Mrs. Panariello. 🙂

We're going through an early 90's revival at home by watching Northern Exposure for the first time, so good timing for this! I didn't watch much of the Unplugged shows back in the day, so there's another reason to check these out. This song I'm pretty 'meh' on (I guess you need to get into the lyrics), but I agree the performance is good.

I’m one of those guys that can’t stand Vedder’s voice. Out of tune mumbling. Their cover of Last Kiss is an abomination. Now, with that being said, I do like some of their songs and think the band itself is great and in this live context his emotional delivery is overriding my basic disgust of his vocal technique or lack thereof. So, since I prefer emotion over technique I give this performance and song 10/10 rating and look forward to watching more of this concert. I can’t believe I just said that, I enjoyed Pearl Jam🤔
