Lovely Pearl. Really got me in the Christmas mood. My mum made wine too but with grapes. This is a quick and easy recipe. A must try.

Hi thanks for your positive comments, and yes for this ginger the yeast is necessary and you can keep the ginger wine for up to a year . 👌🏻🙏🏽❤️🙏🏽

Is it necessary to add the yeast .....cant we make the wine without it ......

Hi Cheryl, I believe you can , but I’ve never tried it without the yeast , without the yeast it will then have to ferment naturally and will need to be consumed soon after making it 🙏🏽👌🏻

Yes Ginger wine gets ready in 4-7 days as my mum use to make it every year 👌🏻👍🏻

Y did you add the chilly, tail end filtering you should have added a muslin cloth to filter out the dregs tiny particils but I am still confused about the chilly 🤔🤔

Hi Pearl, I had some other recipe, but your recipe is awesome with all the spices. But the sweetness was less, so added extra sugar. The sound quality of clip is too low and can't be heard clearly. Thanks for sharing your recipe.

Yeah sorry about that Maureen, those were old videos and some people’s phones had problem with the volume and yet some were ok, but since then we have change the microphone and hopefully the latest videos are ok 🙏🏽❤️🤗

Yes Catherine, unfortunately the early videos did have sound problems on some people phones , we now use a different microphone which hopefully improves it for everyone 🙏🏽❤️
