Pecan Muffins - Quick & Easy

Күн бұрынA very simple recipe for tasty Pecan Muffins. Simply mix everything together and divide into a 12 hole muffin pan, sprinkle with extra chopped pecans and bake. You then have a delicious muffin to enjoy at breakfast, lunch or for a snack.

Thanks Geoff I’m looking forward to trying these. I like nuts in baked goods. I made a batch of Crumbled Topped Shortbread with raspberry curd instead of blueberry. Turned out lovely. ALDIs has raspberries on sale for $1.49! I sent some to my aunt in Texas and she loved them. Today I’m making English Crumpets. I made a batch yesterday and they disappeared. Lovely toasted and spread with butter and Bonne Maman jam. Happy baking!

Well GEOFF.. It's funny I've just come back from shopping and I bought nuts with pecans also so"" ment to be nice and easy recipe... Thanks I needed some Thing for afternoon tea... I think these will hit the spot,,,,, I may drizzle some caramel over the top for. Moisture.. Lovely sunny day here in Devon not to hot 😂🎉take care my lovely 💕

Hi Henrietta. I saw a couple of videos where people also made some caramel or maples syrup sauce to go with the muffins. So I am sure that will work well.

Hi Alan. That is not the first time I had a failure. But usually there is time to do it again before I am due to post. The pastries were very tasty though, so not a waste, just not pretty enough to post.
