It does not work on a Mac via Bluetooth. It says so in the manual (it must be plugged into a USB port but they include a USB-C adapter at least?)

I received mine today and every time I try to print it comes out a black square, I think imma send it back

Why don't you call customer service and see what the actual issue is? Are you sure you're selecting the right paper size when you print? It is often overlooked and sometimes you get weird prints but overall mine works fine out of the box, but the very first time I owned a thermal printer. There was a small learning curve to get it right. Gotta work on troubleshooting first before just sending it back in my opinion.

@brandonrecommends I'm giving it another try, I got it to print the label it's just printing small and would not let me crop to make it the whole 4×6 page. Hopefully I can figure it out before I use up all the free label paper it came with, thanks for the quick response
