辣椒表皮在油炸的時候就快剝落，在去籽的步驟時，手一撸就把皮給順手剝掉了。你可以試試買糯米椒來炸，皮也很好擼掉，糯米椒不會辣，但有辣椒的香氣。

красиво. но друзья. в современном мири нигде ни на стадии производства или готовки пищевых продуктов - запрещено брать руками продукт без перчаток! у Вас упаковка без перчаток и готовка. хотя сам перец делали в перчатках. где логика? это антисанитария.
