Even though they are small , there is still the wolf in all dogs no matter what size !
@johncgibson47205 жыл бұрын
Dogs don't know their own size because they don't even recognize themselves when you put up a mirror in front of them. Dogs only know the size of others. That is why a small dog can act like a full sized herding worker dog. Only a handful of animals recognize themselves in the mirror and know their own size.

At one point the sheep looks at the puppy, then looks at the camera with this wtf should I do now face and the other dogs are like, let's see what happens now. Cute. It's obvious the sheep doesn't feel treatened by the small pup or it wouldn't try to put a front (when sheep walk back is their only warning to a head bump). Poor little fella was having a workout. lols

+MyFunneeFarm not cute as far as the sheep is concerned - put in a paddock with 3 dogs and no means of escape! It is obviously stressed and fearful. As an animal lover and owner of 3 dogs, I do not find this video cute, but a disturbing instance of animal cruelty

+duncan robertson Please boo-hoo to us a little bit more about the slaughtering of such an innocent animal by something so vicious.

+mira sung you are clueless, watch the video "bullhook weapon of choice" on youtube and ask yourself what can a 150lbs man do to a 10000lbs animal. Animals feel fear , size does not matter. Sheep are prey animals.

+duncan robertson Owning 3 dogs and proclaiming yourself to be an 'Animal Lover' doesn't make your opinion more credible, fyi. I have a dog an love animals but this shit is pretty funny
@TheCityGirlsFarm8 жыл бұрын
Apparently, someone needs to tell that vicious Tribble to stop trophy hunting sheep. We wouldn't want a 3 pound ball of fur using a bullhook weapon of choice or anything! If he slaughters the sheep and turns it into kabobs, we might have to rename the Tribble to Jabba the Hut! OH THE HORROR!!!!!

@immerse_yaself8 жыл бұрын
Honestly, who cares about the sheep - it's fine. I got scared for the pup though - looks like the sheep could kill him with one stomp - kind of like a regular dog vs. a moose.

+Samuel Brownfield me too, one small kick and that peke could lose an eye, they actually sit outside the sockets in this breed and can be dislodged very easily, even just to much of a tug on a leash.

Sheep aren't like that, donkeys hate dogs.

Obviously a mutant strain of peke since a normal one wouldn't herd anything that isn't already made into chops.

+Alecsandra Elena Would you rather the farmer herd the sheep themselves with a cattle prod?
@7thsealord8888 жыл бұрын
+Alecsandra Elena The absolute worst thing happening to the sheep is that it is getting some extra exercise - something we ALL probably need. It is not being run off its feet, it is not distressed, it is not being injured.

The fools guffawing on the video apparently don't realize that the sheep is being harassed and stressed - or maybe they don't care. Either way, this doesn't come close to being funny - or cute.

+TechSupport100 people like you make these comments and then dare to use animal products still. The irony is that you are fine with an animals suffering, as long as you don't see it... but you can't bare to see some puppies being trained to do what they do to eventually minimise the stress of our food animals. The life of sheep is stressful, fullstop. So is our human civilised lives.
@TechSupport1008 жыл бұрын
Excuse me, but that wasn't training in the first place, and in the second place you have no idea what I use or don't use. The great thing here is that you won't have to kill an animal to have meat tonight. You can chew on your own foot.
Just saying, not smart. A single sheep is more aggressive. They should never be worked in numbers less than three. That pup was in danger. The sheep stomped, sheep faced it looking ready to butt it several times. They can injure a full grown border collie. They were lucky the other dogs were in the ring to back it up but it was still risky.

+Doug in San Diego Yep, because herding sheep is animal abuse, right?
@DrNordo8 жыл бұрын
Doug in San Diego They're all puppies. This very well could be training for herding. You don't know. You're just jumping to conclusions and drastically overestimating the stress this is inflicting on the sheep.
@duncanliath8 жыл бұрын
+Doug in San Diego agreed! there is a difference between 'herding' and 'worrying' - a distinction those who have not worked with sheep may fail to understand those on the video laughing at the little dog chasing the sheep are sending a message to the dog that this is acceptable behaviour well they won't find it so funny if they let that little dog chase sheep on a farmer's land (esp. during lambing season) and he puts a bullet in it !

+duncan robertson And that's why the farmers who are murderers of dogs and animals should be thrown in a maximum security prison for the rest of their lives.
