All of you have obvious care and concern for the fisheries you harvest and are selective each day you fish. G'day Matt. Bloody beautiful cod mate great to see you send it back. When you blokes do your catch and cook you just seem to grab a fish and bingo , the next thing there's a lovely white slab of flesh on the table. Could you share the secret to how you sharpen your knives to get them as sharp as they are. I can get a blade sharp but not surgically sharp like you blokes seem to have yours. Mate that fingermark looks a lot better than Macca's fillet of fish I'll tell ya'. Great show again mate.
