Riding the rubble of one of the worlds largest know super volcanic eruptions. Another great day on some new to us trails! Penitente Canyon has some interesting history and super fun trails. Highly recommended! Just watch where you step!

Nice. I've been talking about going to Penitente for about a year now, missed out last year because of weather mostly, ended up riding at Hartman and the trails just south of Buena Vista; Django, Unchained, Fistful of Dollars and a Few Dollars more. But your video has got me fired up again to take a run at those Penitente trails.

Thanks so much for watching! This is an amazing trail system! So glad you are planning it! So, I have never been to the BV area. I am going to check out those trails for sure. As a matter of fact I am going to Hartman in the morning to do some riding on my way to Grand Junction and Moab. Thanks so much and have fun in Penitente when you go!

Wow looks like an awesome place to ride! So now that you've had your Hightower A R for a couple of months, what are your overall thoughts and impressions? Do you like the suspension and drivetrain that comes stock on that build? Anything you would change or have changed right away? I have a 2021 version that should be arriving in about a month and I can't wait to get on that bike! Weeks are feeling like years right now lol

It was so fun! One of my favs now! So yeah been on it for a few months now. Still love it. I consider myself an average rider so stock stuff usually works just fine for me. It is really a solid ride. If I could change anything it might be the brakes maybe?? Might give xt a shot. Still the only downside is the weight. If I could afford the CC I would love to have gone that route. But, like I said.. Just an average rider. Your days must be dragging waiting for that bike!! LOL! Keep me updated on your thoughts about it!
