In south side we get only rice with different curries each day ..white bean, red bean,sambar,curd curry, vegetable curry sometimes chicken also combined with any other sabji mostly tendly or beans..

For breakfast we have (appa ) it might be anything like idli , dosa, seme, aapa, pathir, neerdose etc (some names differs from place to place ) . For lunch rice with any curry and fried item. For dinner they eat either rice or appa. In coastal regions we eat lot of non veg than veg (Fish, chicken , mutton)

I never seen or had Biriyani, Raita or papad or sweets(unless your household send you the food) . Normal school 🏫 lunch that school or government provides is Rice , dal and some kinds of stew (curry) sabji , and sometimes egg, chicken, shrimp, soyabean, fish depending on the state of locality. And in occasion additional dishes .

türkiyeyi o kadar yanlış anlatmışsınız ki. biz de de yemekhane kültürü var pilav çorba sulu yemek tatlı vs şeklinde 4 çeşit yemek çıkar. makarna ve bisküvi mi? güldürmeyin beni keşke biraz araştırsaydınız da kafadan konuşmasaydınız ayırca lisede ortaokulda öğlen araları en az 40 dk oluyor

Şimdi nasıl bilmiyorum ama ben okurken ( 1987-1998 ) arasında Ankara'da ilk-orta veya lisede yemekhane sistemi yoktu. Kantinden yiyorduk yada evden getiriyorduk.

Abi bu yorumları yazanlar özel okulda mı okumuş anlamıyorum. Ben Antep'de okudum hiçbir devlet okulunda yemekhane yoktu. Kantinden parayla tost dürüm falan alınabiliyordu sadece. Evden peynir ekmek, salça ekmek, tost veya önceki günden kalan sınıfı kokutmayacak yemek varsa götürüp onları yiyorduk. Kızın anlattığı şeyler doğru.

Zaten Hindistan’lıda okul kantin yemeği değil özel günlerde yapılan chickrn buryani tanıtmış birde diyor kantin yemeği değil😂 niye kantin yemeği altında tanıtıyorsun o zaman. Sırf program yapmak için yapılmış bir bölüm olmuş

A Southern Indian meal is like Korean Meal but with sweet and pickle (achar) . Rice, Papad, Milk sweet, Sambar, Rasam, Curd or yogurt, 3 different side-dish (veg and non veg), veg spicy pickle, salt, sugar, Banana, etc . On banana leaf.

Indian school lunches depend on the school too, some people just get food from their homes. Biryani can be a lunch depending on how decent your school is. Otherwise it's usually rice or roti with something healthier. Biryani is rare but it does exist in some good schools.

This school lunch in Brazil is far from reality. Firstly, it doesn't come with that much stuff, nor on this huge tray. I've never seen a tray like that, only in North American films. The food is served on a normal plate and generally doesn't have that many combinations. Feijoada has schools that really serve you. Generally the menu each has a different food. Things that are common in public schools are pasta with sausage, tapioca cake, porridge, bean farofa, rice with chicken. This is common in several regions of Brazil. However, it is worth mentioning that not every school has a good snack, although it should. There are schools where the snack is often juice and cracker.

@@caniugh7067 The most common name would be tapioca couscous (cuscuz de tapioca), but there are places that call it tapioca cake (bolo de tapioca). It's made with tapioca and grated coconut and some people add condensed milk on top. It's quite common in the Northeast region of Brazil, but I've seen people from Rio and São Paulo who say that they also serve it as a school lunch there.

We actually have the same fermented milk probiotics in Brazil because of the Japanese influence, I guess. The main brand in Brazil is called Yakult.

I wonder what state that girl from the US is from? We def couldnt ask for something special. We had to get what was served or just not eat. Our lunches didnt even look that good either. I wish our pizza looked like that. I know at my school that banana would've been considered the dessert. Occasionally we would get a piece of spice cake or something though. I always loved those days. I dont think we ever had salad though for the vegetable. It was normally something cooked like steamed carrots, peas, corn ect.

For me, as i am from Himachal, we mostly eat local food which is quite simple. To be honest, biryani is bit exotic for us and it's not common here...

I'm Indian. We don't have these spicy foods in daily life forget about in schools.In northan part of India in school we usually have rice/roti (falt bread),dal( lentil soup),sabzi(stew/curry of veggies).If you guys can't make these dishes atleast don't mislead ppl by saying these are school lunch. These foods only for vry special occasions or resturant food.

Eskişehirde her okulda yemekhane bulundurulması zorunludur. Her zamanda 4 çeşit yemek çıkıyor. Yemek saatine denk gelirsem banada ikram ediyor çalışanlar. Hep 4 çeşit oluyor.
