So they essentially aired all of their dirty business on TV for what amounts to less than one month of social security. The only thing these two had in common was getting together, getting messed up, and having sex. She wanted love, he didn't. It seems like it was clear from the beginning what the intentions of the relationship were, but she started to get in her feelings for him. She gave him money to try to buy his love, and it didn't work. Now she wants her investment back.

I regret it now! Because the waiter was so much my type than my date! But I was too polite! The stupidity of youth! I missed so many possible connections because I was stressed, past history, afraid to get hurt etc. If I could afford a steak dinner , back then, I'd never dined with the person who invited me. I think the Plaintiff's behavior is definitely "off". From the way she was looking at him entering the courtroom, to her gestures during his testimony, her actions just seemed immature and odd. The "textes"(as she called them), sound like a teenage girl taunting her ex and trying to get his attention. Yikes.
