Hi there! How cool is this??!! Thanks so much! I have been trying to figure out how to adapt some my tools to my new hammer handpiece for the last week. Great you already invented the exact thing I was wishing to have! Now I am wondering, the tool I want to adapt is a milgrain. What are your thoughts about it?. Do you think this adaptor could work for this? have you try it with milgrain tools? or heard of someone that use this tool for milgrain details? I really appreciate any input! Thanks!

Hey Laura! I have used milgrain tools using this adapter - the only issue I can see is that you would have to use the longer screw that comes with the adapter- since milgrain tools normally have a smaller diameter shank!

Hi Chris, just got my engraving adapter and it came with two small washers and two tiny coils. What are they for?

Lori Yarrow those are for placing between the adapter and the hammer- to reduce the stroke of the hammer Sandi Sturgon found this to produce more accurate experience learning to engrave

@@LionPunchForgeLPF Mine came with 3 metal washers and one plastic. Should I use all of them? Should the plastic one go closer to the adapter or the hand piece? Thank you :)

As the product development continued we adapted the kit itself to improve use ability- Ann I think you got the most recent version

It’s very controllable - I’ve engraved entire rings pendants and other items like steel, plastic, copper, brass and wood.

Yes you can, the ones for the QC Adapters are awesome. You will have to round over the corners slightly to fit into the 1/8 round hole- but I use and love them.

Just bought this adaptor to go with a Foredom h.15, and it doesn’t fit. The thread isn’t the right size. And the adaptor is brass, which I haven’t seen in any online photos. We bought it from a shop here in Australia. Just wondering if anyone has come across this, or if we were sold a fake???

@@LionPunchForgeLPF thank you. The hand piece isn’t counterfeit - it was purchased from Foredom. Perhaps the adaptor we got is a gold coated version. The thread doesn’t fit though. Perhaps it’s just a slight manufacturing fault?? The thread difference is 2 thou of an inch. Why the change to titanium nitride?

Just got my LPFG from PEPETOOLS today, and the graver, (labeled PEPETOOLS #4SQGR), won't fit in even with the set screw removed. It won't even get all of the tapered end in. It only slides in about 1.4mm. I measured flat to flat on the graver, and it's 2.2mm both ways. You say on here it fits 2mm, so is the graver just too big or am I doing something wrong?

Have you contacted Pepe about the gravers ? They should fit . If you have a chance send me some Pictures

@@LionPunchForgeLPF I had already sent an email to them with a picture and while they haven't directly replied to me, about a minute ago I got an email from them acknowledging an order for a graver for $10.00 which made me think wtf until I looked farther down and it had a $10 discount didn't fit line! So apparently they're sending me the right one. I could just grind this one down to 2mm no big deal, but I though pepe would want to know, you know? Turns out they wasted no time.

Hey Patrick I wanted to touch base with you again- I have looked into this further and there were indeed some gravers sent out of improper size- this is being remedied and I wanted to let you know I take full responsibility of this oversight and will be working diligently I make sure it doesn’t happen again. Will this only work on foredom flex shaft?

No, it will Also work with all flexshafts that use the a keyed shaft. You will need a hammer hand peice but as long as it accepts keyed hand pieces same as the foredom you are good
