I'm a fan of Evoto and would love to see a comparison. I definitely prefer the Evoto interface and it seems more full featured and much better for batch processing.

I wish Evoto was also available as a Photoshop plugin. It would make my workflow a lot more efficient. Reblum is decent, but in its infancy compared to Retouch4Me or Evoto.

Don't use Evoto if you care about your client's privacy and your work being used to train AI. I noticed that even if I turned off content analysis in Evoto, the app was still showing activity in my network log. After I blocked it with my firewall, moving the sliders around no longer changed the photo. Too risky trusting a no name, foreign company with my work.

Is there a technical difference between cloud and device like we find using the select subject command in Photoshop? Meaning does Retouch4Me use their latest revisions (i.e.: better stuff) if you choose cloud or is your device version identical?

With the local versions you to have to manually download / update to the newest versions, and there doesn't seem to be a prompt to let you know a new version has been released so you have to manually check, which is a bit of a nuisance. The cloud version would always have the most up to date app available.

The panel was down earlier... I contacted them & they were having issues at their end. Told me to try again later 😢 This highlights the problem with cloud usage

Too expensive! If all the plugins/options were in one bundle/panel active and ready to use for a price like $199 would be good but if you have to pay for each plugin more than $100 is not logical!

The great thing is they give you the option to buy piece by piece or subscription or pay-per-photo credits that don't expire. You will save money in the long run by buying the plugins but it will obviously be more expensive upfront. There is a competitor that only gives you the option to buy credits...that expires!
