No need to add both yeast and baking powder in crackers

You can use dry yeast or not. But in my experience, adding both dry yeast and baking powder makes the cake more crispy and spongy, thank you!

I made them and we will be having with homemade veggie soup for dinner. They came great! Before putting into oven I sprinkled top with "everything" seasoning.

@@shalinikapoor2025 I used grated pecorino romano cheese. They did bake well and they were very good but on sitting - the leftovers got soft. In hindsight I should have gotten my dough rolled out thinner and maybe would have stayed more crispy. Still very good though :)
