I don't need a lot of load, so I made a change to the design. I left the ship with 4 engines and removed the two cargo compartments that were attached to the engines. This way, I saved 4 energy cells, as these engines only need 4 of them to operate at maximum capacity. In place of the engines, I placed 2 tails, one in each respective space. So, with the perks and crew, I had 4300 load, plus 4 extra energy units. Detail that the mobility was at 100, and the ship looked beautiful. Great tutorial, congratulations 👍

I built my ship and put 4 auto particle beam cannons facing to the rear of the ship. Works great.im surprised that not many people do that.

You understand why starships don't have so many Windows because they're weak points you get in battle you can be exposed to vacuum when a window gets shot out just a thought wonderful ship

I totally agree. I removed the windows and put side hoods in place. Because some windows were more hidden, I didn't miss them. The ship's design naturally helped a lot.

You can add more cargo and still maintain the 100 mobility. I only stopped at 5000 because I liked the round number and have less than 2000 used.

You can actually add cargo to 6000 or even a little more and still keep mobility at a 100. I just liked the 5000 even number, so I stopped adding there. 👍

yeah, I wanted a captains quarters, but trying to make it no ladders meant less habs. Although, you could change those 2x2s at the back to multiple 2x1s.

bro, how to plan a ship with the Nova C4X cockpit at the back or mid level of the ship ? I am bored of seeing the Nova C4X cockpit at the front.

I keep getting a ladder from the next to last 1x1 storage room up to the next level which I belive is a 3x1 berthing hab. Anyone else getting this?

How did u get 60 powers out of ur reactor?

You mean the 46 Reactor Power? So, having Vasco on your ship adds 1 Bar. Then rank up Aneutronic Fusion skill under Science and that gives you 5. If you add Sam on your ship he adds 1 bar to the engine. And finally, if you recruit Omari Hassan at the bar in Akila, he adds 1 bar to the shields. 😉

How much did it cost to make in total, Which would be cool to know ??

I don't remember the exact number, but it's around 700k-800k. Those 6 engines alone will set you back 330k, Grav Drive and Reactor 200k.

Bethesda said they would add more way to build ships in a future update. So hopefully we get what we wish for. 😉
