We ALWAYS add nutmeg when making Peach Cobbler. My grandmother and my mom always add Lemon Extract as well (instead of the vanilla extract). That’s our family secret 🤫😉

It's a dump cake recipe...you just pour the cake mix on top of a fruit mixture usually. Top cake mix with butter and bake. I make apple or peach dump cakes. They turn out good. Peach usually tastes similar to peach cobbler

If she's just serving her family she can do what she wants and deal with the consequences. But she definitely shouldn't be doing a cooking show with them. All kinds of health safety rules being broken including putting the vanilla bottle in her mouth.

I was ok with all of it, as long as she was keeping the cobbler for herself. But she said she was going to donate it. The nails and opening the bottle with her teeth, not good 🤮

Only real cinnamon helps to lower blood sugar, that would be Ceylon cinnamon, not the cinnamon in the grocery spices.

Don't use all that cinnamon that she used that's not necessary and use pie crust and fresh peaches if you can
