These tips - excerpted from my POP! and Talking on Eggshells books - can kick-start meaningful conversations and connections. Next time someone asks, "What do you do?" or "Tell me about your business, cause, project, idea..." DON'T EXPLAIN. Do this instead to win buy-in to what you care about. - Sam Horn
