Hey Suzanne today i find myself wanting to lash out on a message to my friend and in the last moment i realized wait a minute that is not me, that is the Ego that wants me to fullfill his desire at that particular moment. So i stopped myself and realized the thing that im feeling is in me. There is no fault in someone else. So everything comes from us minds , emotions and so on haha

Pure perfection...is this pure because it's unobstructed by the impediments of what's not real, thus allowing for actual sense of the real which is completely open and untouched by anything that would perturb its perfection...the unperturbed creates the perfection...
