Today is Sunday, 30 June 2024. I’m 58 days into doing rolling fasts. I was doing 60+-hour fasts and lost weight, but then I started gaining, probably because my eating windows were too long (8-10 hours). Now, I’m doing 45-hour fasts with shorter windows (3 hours) and losing again. Thanks for the inspiration Jerome. Instead of giving up, I’ve learned to experiment to find what works for me. Enjoy your cruise. I’m so jealous 😁.

Hi, catching the recording. I finally did a 3 day fast with no bites of anything! I do have a little HWC in my morning coffee. Finally broke my very long weight stall and I am right back on the fast. I have been inspired by you since the first night you were live in Nov. Thank you!!!!

Im positive Jerome isn't the only person, concerned about the level of misunderstanding and miscommunication on a personal level happening. Please realize this is your journey. Jerome is sharing his . You don't have to duplicate everything he does 😔. It's important to carefully consider and verify for Yourself what works for you before applying them. I'm worried this might lead to confusion or mistakes. p.s. ❤thanks for sharing on a Friday Jerome ❤

A suggestion for Jeremy Griggs from the chat comments, in case he looks over here: If you are nervous of possible dizziness, you might try 'fat fasting' first. Essentially, that is eating approx. 1,000 calories per day, 90% fat, 10% protein, only trace carbs. Some easy choices: egg salad, liverwurst, pork rinds with sour cream. If you give it a try, I recommend dividing it into 4-6 small 'eating moments'. Nibble your food, don't gulp it down. Good luck with whatever you try.

So glad you made this video! As I continue on my weight loss journey, and continue LIVING life day to day, I try to remember important things- To stay consistent with whatever I am doing And to not let the numbers on the scale impact what I have going on And to trust the process! Onward and upwards! Imperfect Consistency!!

Can you address like a timeline of how your diabetes have improved as you lost the weight? For example did you have high morning blood sugar levels and if so how long that took improve? How are your A1C now versus before you lost the weight? In a previous video of yours you mentioned you haven't been to the doctors because you were kind of avoiding it but, now that you lost weight do you have any nerd stats on your health markers other than the weight stats. I love those slides btw. Also your refeed videos are actually fun to watch. I like the fact you eat what you want and still maintain and you lost the weight while you still ate what you wanted.

What’s Up Jerome I asked you a while ago but got no response. What camera and microphone do you use. I’m currently on a journey of my own to loose weight and I would like to document it

I use a shitty webcam or my iPhone. I don’t use my professional camera because I just don’t have the time lately

@@FinallyFasting Wow well the camera quality is phenomenal of that’s all you’re using. What about the microphone? And thanks for replying

Do shorter fast if you are concerned about refeeding. 😊
