Night sweats, brain fog, fatigue, joint pain, irregular cycles…these are all perimenopause hormone symptoms.
Perimenopause is the hormonal transition period leading to menopause. Typically, this starts in a woman’s late 30s, continues through your 40s, and even into your early 50s - basically until you hit menopause. If you’re in this transition and noticing some extremely frustrating perimenopause symptoms (such as perimenopause brain symptoms), you’re not alone!
Unlike different periods of a woman’s hormonal journey, most women feel clueless about perimenopause hormone changes, especially when it comes to hormone replacement therapy.
I’m hoping that today’s episode will give you clarity about what’s going on during perimenopause and why you’re experiencing perimenopause brain symptoms, so you don’t feel so out of sorts.

This information was so helpful! I needed to hear this to reassure myself on starting HRT. I’m 48 post menopausal having joint pain, elevated cholesterol & pre diabetic for the first time in my life. I’ve gained 30 lbs out of nowhere 😢 I have a history of fibrocystic breast. Multiple lumpectomies & partial mastectomy so I was really scared about taking hormones. I’m praying 🙏 HRT along with lifestyle changes will help my journey be a little more manageable. Thank you so much for sharing such valuable information.

You're welcome! I'm in the same boat and it's really frustrating which is why I am personally interested in this topic. I don't know if you happened to see my other interview on Perimenopause from January but that got me motivated to start consistent strength training 3x/week. It's been since November and I've gained a lot of muscle, but it's a slow process to change body composition.
I wish I could change THIS fast! 🤣
