Pregnancy and early postpartum can be tough, considering all the changes you are going through. I struggled with thoughts about the changes in my body and wondered if things would ever be the same. Now that I am one year postpartum, I want to share some of the changes I've seen in my body and how my outlook on things has surprisingly become way more positive.
This is just my personal journey, and I know everyone's looks different! Hopefully, this can give you a positive perspective on what one year postpartum can look like physically and mentally.
