Parvin Etesami's "The Drunk and the Sober"
In protest of the hypocrisy and corruption of her times, Parvin Etesami composed a most profound poem that contains a famous proverb used to this day. She points out the duplicity of religious enforcers and the lack of logic and intellect in dogmatic practices.
Stay with Arash through to the end as he keeps you entertained in this video interpretation of this witty and profound poem.
