Well that's how free will work. Anyone can choose to betray their fellow friends and can turn to evil doing at any given time, just because they just choose to do it. The reasoning doesn't always makes sense. Like with the evil ending in Persona 5, anyone can turn sides with or without a motive. This is why you must do what you can to not see yourself become the villain, people are just one step away from swaying to either side. All it takes is a little push.

Please no... P4 already has a dancing game, 2 fighting games, and an appear in 2018-2019 BlazeBlu Crosstag Battle storymode. If anything Persona 3 needs a remake from its heavily outdated mechanics, graphics and gameplay. Even then though, the anime (RIP english incredible voices) IMO is a decent substitute for those who despises the gameplay comming from P5. And P1 P2... we don't talk about that... just pretend those take place in alternative timeline. :(

Yulises ! You probably know by now, but by going for the true ending, there's still a way to max out Adachi's social link. You never have to get the accomplice ending to max it out.

If you're referring to Magatsu-Izanagi, you can get him on the true ending route too; you just have to make sure you level Adachi's social link to the max it can before a certain point (He'll only go to rank 6 or so and then you won't be able to level it up further until the end of November) and then when given the chance to, you have to visit him on your own before you do the Magatsu Inaba/Mandala dungeon proper. If you've done the levelling correctly It should increase after you've done the Heaven dungeon to 7. If you do this the Jester Arcana will change into the Hunger Arcana (levelling to 8) and it will level again to 9 after you defeat Ameno-Sagiri; and then shortly before you're ready to do Izanami's dungeon you'll receive a letter from Adachi that will max the Hunger Arcana (transforming it again into the Lust Arcana) and allow you to fuse Magatsu-Izanagi. Bear in mind this only works on Persona 4 Golden; Adachi wasn't a social link in vanilla P4.

In the anime cutscene you can see he hates what happened...I hate that ending but I can't fault the developers as the ending only serves to improve the game...I guess I'm just frustrated with the main character.

jet100a I wouldn't say he wimps out, just chooses to protect him. It's just an option and was actually well thought out and fits in nicely with the rest of the game. IMO it explores the other side of the coin, where pursuing the truth could lead to undeniable truth that your friend was bad the whole time & how some people wouldn't wanna pursue the truth anymore if that's the price. Protag is of course uneasy about this choice in the end like anyone would be, but in the end he found out the truth and wasn't able to swallow it. This also leads to the final rank in the Jester Arcana and avoids the Hunger one, you can read into that how you want. The Jester only acts like the Fool.. I could write a whole analysis on it 😂 but trust, this is one of the best endings paramount to the true ending. In conclusion though Adachi is the most convincing bad guy in a JRPG to date unfortunately this isn't canon, I'll never forget that laugh & smirk..

That one is not an ending. That's a game over like if you don't rescue the victim before the deadline.

Basically you didn't convince them he was not the culprit, just that killing someone, no matter the circumstances is evil (kinda bs in my opinion, but ok). If you force them to calm down, you can listen to namatame's side of the story and see that he was, in fact, not the killer, thus continuing the investigation with new information.

Back then there were only Bad/Good/True ending names but the Adachi one is called/named Accomplice ending. If it's a Bad/Good ending that's up to debate. It still triggers the bad ending credit rolls and is in the range of bad endings.

We all do mistakes... And killing Namatame still didn't save Nanako... But this is a game... So fortunately we can learn, correct our mistakes and get back to the last save!!! You should also remember that The Investigation Team (aka the Persona 4 gang) have been through so much in this game, plus they are able to The TV World!!! But more importantly, since this is a video game, we can learn from it to become better people!!! But more importantly, i am here for you can help you if i can, it's more important that we all supoort each other, that way we can all become truly better people!!! Also time can help you!!! Just focus on loving others through yourself, and through your love for yourself too, and don't hate yourself because of a game, you might be someone on the internet, but that doesn't mean i can't be your friend!!!
