Clearly the long drive from Perth pays amazing dividends. So many stunning spots to view. Loved your filming of Dunn Rocks, Twilight Bay and the vibrant aqua waters of Lucky Bay. Guess you need a minimum of 5 days to enjoy the trip. Portable fire pit looks a great addition. Thanks for another great video offering new destinations and off-road experiences.

Is that Ranger a V6 or the 4 ? Just been chatting to some people about an issue with the oil return line splitting on the V6 I think 🤔

V6 mate. Yeah it’s a pretty well known issue. It’s a tiny rubber seal from the turbo return pipe that has leaked on a few. I’ve heard multiple things - that it’s due to incorrect fitment of the pipe on a few cars, or seals being faulty. Either way - I’d be surprised if Ford are not already looking into an improved design for this part, or someone comes out with a aftermarket upgrade. I guess silver lining is that it’s a simple part, so just something to keep an eye on or consider carrying a spare if going remote. Otherwise the V6 is a lovely drive.

No more low range sand issues? What was it?

Stayed away from Low range mate until issue resolved but it did really well in 4H. Ford have a new distance sensor on order for me that hopefully will resolve it. Fingers crossed 🤞
