Hello everyone! Today I bring you a recipe that represents one of the flavors of my childhood! Don't forget to activate the subtitles since in this video we will focus on the sounds of the different elements.
850g wheat flour
1 glass of white wine
1 glass of olive oil
125 g sugar
lemon and orange peel
1 cinnamon stick
1 clove
1 tablespoon of matalauva
In a frying pan we put the olive oil, the lemon and orange peels, the cinnamon stick and the anise matalauva, heat over medium heat for 10 minutes and let it cool and strain.
Sift the flour, add the white wine, sugar and infused oil and knead until you have a smooth and uniform dough. The longer it is allowed to rest, the better the flavor will be. One day of rest is enough.
and then knead, stretch the dough and shape it, to fry it in very hot oil, the traditional decoration is with honey and sesame, enjoy it!
