This man has inspired me to take advantage of everything from training as a goalkeeper. To keep trying because this shows that no ball is impossible to block. He is the real definition why I work so hard to be the best goalkeeper in my team. I wish I was able to meet him in person because this man named Peter has taught me something indirectly.

was the only keeper that i use to actually enjoy watching. He was unique in his own way as a keeper, he consistant and had a unique approach towards tactics and timing and had started the whole star jump thing

A few weeks after the save (against Legia Warsaw) Experts put the two saves together to analyse them, both saves were so similar, but they decided that based upon the speed of the ball, and the slight differences in angle coupled with Schmeichels size..that his was the better save...I still remember watching that game...when he made that save..I think every little in my street suddenly wanted to be a goalkeeper
