The more videos I see of Peter, the more I think he’s one of the kindest and warmest human being I’ve ever seen and I’m not even talking of what a world class musician he is as well. I love this guy.

One of my most special days was America's 200th birthday, July 4th 1976. I got to see Peter Frampton at the Nashville Fairgrounds when "Frampton Comes Alive" was the biggest album in the world, and all the red white and blue joints being passed around made life a wonderful thing!

Peter Frampton is an icon, and is music will be revered for many years. The 60's and 70's were the best time to grow up, and I hit the lottery being able to grow up in this period when music like his was created. I'm glad to see Mr. Frampton is alive and well. :)

The King of 1976.I was 15 at the time and the live album is etched in my mind forever. Just got done listing to the entire Somethin's Happening album again. I Wanna Go To The Sun is one of my favorite songs ever. The guitar solo and outro is so freaking good. Great studio tour. Love those guitars.

I was blessed to see Peter, his band, his son Julian’s band, along w Jason Bonham October 2019, his second-to-last show on his Finale Farewell tour. Fitting that the final show was in ‘Hello San Francisco’. Speaking of, Live in San Francisco March 24, 1975 is a great album recorded at KSAN-FM studio. A year before Frampton Comes Alive. Cheers Peter. 🙏🏼 Oh.. and gotta say this.. one of my most memorable times listening to music, growing up, winter of 1976, Frampton Comes Alive just released, four guys, drinking beer, we listened to all four sides of that album, start to finish with hardly a word spoken, sitting in a dimly lit room. Today is Elvis' birthday (January 8th.), or would have been if he were still alive. And it's good day to tell this story: Speaking of illustrious recording studios, on the day after Elvis died (August 17th., 1977), I found myself in Studio 914, Rockland County, N.Y., where Bruce Springsteen recorded the song-'Born To Run'. My late older brother was there that day, recording a 'demo' of song he's written that would eventually end up being recorded by Joan Jett and the Blackhearts. In the middle of the recording session, I started to sing this old Elvis tune: From 1954, during his 'Sun Records', and the song is-'Trying To Get To You.' Unfortunately, they ended up recording over it; which is a shame, because I was in really good form that day. My brother accompanied me on guitar; Oh Lord, I wish I still had that recording! Anyway, at the time, my brother had a 'roadie' working for him and his band named Jon 'JD' Dworkow. The following year, Jon, and another 'roadie' named Joey Wirsing, recovered a lost, stolen, Les Paul for my brother; and then 2 years later, Peter Frampton sent Jon to South America in search of 'The Phenix': the very same 1954 Black Les Paul that you see in this video. Hey, does anyone know what kind of guitar Scotty Moore used to play?

Thank you Peter... I saw you at the Florida Theater in Jacksonville a way back and I always admired you for allowing fans to record only the first 1 or 2 songs, then have a rule.. NO RECORDING after that... that is the way it should be... absorbing the music. Frampton Comes Alive was my very first album so you've been swirling in my head for 47 years now :)

One of my housemates at the time worked at Don Wear’s Music City. He brought you guys home one night and we smoked had some fun. I dont recall which members were there but it’s a fond memory...no doubt. humble pie rocked SF on those dates. Big fun and awesome rock and roll. The stuff of legends, for sure. What a beautiful, intimate studio you have, Peter! All those vault-like iso rooms with great sight lines, a songwriter’s delight. I’m happy to see you have this in your life. We met in 1986 at New River Studio in Fort Lauderdale, where I still live. I don’t know if you recall Virginia and Paulina there. A walk through your studio feels eerily familiar. We must be close to the same age as, we have a very similar vintage of guitars and outboard, all bought at 1970 prices, too! All the best, Peter.

I saw Frampton in 1975 at the Boston Garden, he was awesome! Opening band was Gentle Giant, then Frampton, then..... Steppenwolf. One of my favorite shows. Who would have known that a year later Frampton Comes Alive would be the #1 album. I remember how lyrical Peter's playing was, and, at the time, how unusual this was. The next time I saw Peter was the David Bowie Glass Spider tour at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro Mass, I think it was 1987. I was looking at the players and saying to the person I was with, "Hey, that's Peter Frampton playing guitar!" congratulations on a long, distinguished career! Keep rockin!

How absolutely cool is this!!! I have some flight patches from when I worked with astronauts. The framed piece of his cd that was in space! Guitars that Jimi and JJ played. Talk about a beautiful set up. Just wow.

As a 54y who's first LP was "Frampton Comes Alive" in 1976, I thank you Peter for entertaining me and comforting my soul after my horrific assaults on me as a child. If you ever come to the Allentown, PA area again....I missed you a few years back with your guitar shop....I would like to buy you a brewski, shake your hand and give you a hug. ❤
