Just ordered my 5008 gtline 1.6 turbo petrol premium. In nimbus grey also with the focal speakers as an update option , can’t wait till it arrives !!

Looks great driving roads in your neck of the woods! We’ve got a 5008 1.5 HDi + EAT8 in allure trim. Bit of wait on ordering but love it now it has arrived and massive leap from previous model which we had before. Went for allure as had all the toys we needed as standard and the extra for GT line didn’t make sense but each to their own,

ive got the 3008 allure in sunset copper 1 2 turbo and its brilliant my next one will be the 5008 though .

Car looks amazing. Nice video btw. We drive 20.000km per year, of which 1/3 is on highway (250km per journey), and the rest is in suburban/city area. We can't decide between 1.5 and 2.0 version. Do you have any advice there?

Vucko87 the 1.5 can feel a little underpowered if you’ve every seat full regularly and the 2.0 will sound better (don’t know how much of a factor that is) because the 1.5 is also a bit noisy when it revs. If you’re a driving enthusiast to any extent and feel like you’re losing your freedom buying a car like that then the 2.0 also might restore some of that for fun factor :)

2.0. The fuel costs won't be substantially more and on the motorway it should be slightly more economical. It is a big car after all.

Can I ask ya, X Trail, 5008, Sorento, Tiguan All Space, or the Kodiak, what would be your choice or is there another 7 seater out there you prefer and brilliant video's by the way, I'm a new subscriber..thanks

darren fagan haven’t driven the VW or Kia but of the rest I’d narrow it to 5008 and Kodiaq. Peugeot has 3 isofix seats if that is a factor and Skoda can have 4WD.

Peugeot or Kodiaq...peugeot is more stylish, unique and better interior, kodiaq has 4wheel drive, better inf. system snd is more an suv than 5008..i would choose 5008 probably but in the enf tjey are equsl

You say this cant compete with the kodiaq..this has more engine choices and all three 2nd row seats have isofix and are 3 separate seats...I have the karoq and this is a big bug bare

Why are all reviewers scratching the plastic. Who cares, besides you reviewers, about the type of plastic used in a car.

Less plastic = more of a premium feel. More expensive brands use more expensive feeling trim so it sets the benchmark.

Why would emission test increase price ? Skoda kodiaq is cheaper than peugeot . It is nappa That is not the GT its the GT line, the GT is a different model.

Because Irish car prices are linked to Co2. In Ireland also, the Kodiaq isn't cheaper.

I live in New England the USA. My country will not allow this car manufacturer to sell vehicles here because the quality is horrible. I don’t know how the quality is in your country.

Dave Wolly to be fair, there’s lots of things that America allows that doesn’t make sense... banning Peugeot seems a little drastic! The brand sells very well in Ireland, UK and rest of Europe.
