ഹലോ, SGOT and SGPT 40 or 46 നു അകത്തു നിൽക്കണം. നിങ്ങൾ എഴുതിയിരിക്കുന്ന number വെച്ചു നോക്കുമ്പോൾ വളരെ കൂടുതലാണ് ഗ്രേഡ് 2 വരെ ആയിട്ടുണ്ട്. കുറക്കാൻ നോക്കുക. ആയുർവേദത്തിൽ പോയി 3 മാസം മരുന്ന് കുടിക്കുക. പിന്നെ അരി ആഹാരം, ബേക്കറി food, outside food, soft drinks, oil കൊഴുപ്പുള്ള ആഹാരം കഴിവതും ഒഴിവാക്കുക. രാവിലെയും വൈകുന്നേരവും green tea കുടിക്കുക. Daily ഒരു മണിക്കൂർ നടക്കുക 6 മാസം ആകുമ്പോൾ കുറയും മാക്സിമം ഒരുവർഷം എങ്കിലും ഇത് തുടരുക. എന്നാൽ കുറയും. ഫൈബർ അടങ്ങിയ food കൂടുതൽ കഴിക്കുക. പാലും പാൽ ഉൽപ്പന്നവും ഒഴിവാക്കുക.
