Fatty liver disease is a common condition caused by the storage of extra fat in the liver. Most people have no symptoms, and it doesn't cause serious problems for them. In some cases, though, it can lead to liver damage. The good news is you can often prevent or even reverse fatty liver disease with lifestyle changes.
It can lead to much more serious conditions including cirrhosis and liver failure.” The good news is that fatty liver disease can be reversed-and even cured-if patients take action, including a 10% sustained loss in body weight.
How serious is a fatty liver?
Early-stage NAFLD does not usually cause any harm, but it can lead to serious liver damage, including cirrhosis, if it gets worse. Having high levels of fat in your liver is also associated with an increased risk of serious health problems, such as diabetes, high blood pressure and kidney disease.
What is the main cause of fatty liver?
Eating excess calories causes fat to build up in the liver. When the liver does not process and break down fats as it normally should, too much fat will accumulate. People tend to develop fatty liver if they have certain other conditions, such as obesity, diabetes or high triglycerides.
What vitamins help repair the liver?
Vitamins that play a crucial role in maintaining liver health include vitamin D, E, C, B. Individuals need to take these vitamins regularly through a healthy diet plan.

ഉപകാരപ്രദമായ വീഡിയോ😊 രാത്രി 10 മണിക്ക് കഴിക്കാവുന്ന ഭക്ഷണം എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞുതുടങ്ങുമ്പോൾ..."ഈ ശീലം നിർത്തി രാത്രിഭക്ഷണം 8 മണിക്ക് മുമ്പായി കഴിക്കണം" എന്ന് ഡോ. പറയുമെന്ന് പ്രധീക്ഷിച്ചു. കാരണം രാത്രിഭക്ഷണം നേരത്തെയാക്കുക എന്നത് എന്തുകഴിക്കുന്നു എന്നതിനേക്കാൾ പ്രാധാന്യമര്‍ഹനിക്കുന്നു.

രാത്രി നേരത്തേ കഴിച്ചാൽ കുറെ കഴിയുമ്പോൾ വീണ്ടും വിശപ്പ്‌ തോന്നി എന്തെങ്കിലുമൊക്കെ കഴിച്ചു എന്നു വരും. അല്ലെങ്കിൽ തന്നെ എപ്പോൾ എന്നതിനേക്കാൾ എന്ത് കഴിക്കുന്നു എന്നതല്ലേ പ്രധാനം. പണ്ടൊക്കെ എല്ലാവരും വൈകിട്ട് എന്തെങ്കിലും കഴിച്ചു എവിടെയെങ്കിലും ചുരുണ്ടു കൂടും. കാരണം രാത്രി ഒന്നും ചെയ്യാനില്ല. ഇന്നു അങ്ങനെയല്ല ടീവി, മൊബൈൽ ഒക്കെയായി 11 മണി എങ്കിലും ആകും മിക്കവരും കിടക്കാൻ. ആ സ്ഥിതിക്ക് രാത്രി ഭക്ഷണം 8 മണിക്ക് തന്നെ കഴിക്കുക എന്നത് പ്രായോഗികം അല്ല..
