Ingredients for the recipe include fish, ginger-garlic paste, Kashmiri chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, chat masala, lemon juice etc
Then the fish is marinated with the masala paste for 15 minutes. Basa fish or Catla fish can also be used for this recipe but Bhetki fish tastes the best.
Then a coating batter is prepared using corn flour, semolina, red chili powder, salt, and Kashmiri chili powder.
The marinated fish is then coated with the batter and deep-fried in hot oil until it becomes crispy.
Fry the fish on medium flame to ensure it cooks evenly and becomes crispy.
