It's not her its the radio, philly has one of the worst fire dispatch channels i have ever heard.

Is she an auctioneer or a dispatcher? How can she give good information to the arriving engines and those en route if you cant understand her. Philly FD sorry for your loss. As well as her family & two children . We had a RIT ready to go before entries to speed up rescues. RIT had a charged line, with all PPE donned with tools in hand. This probably would not have helped here. Im so glad we don't have basements here. This is another reason to sprinkler at least the basements.

Dispatcher is horrible. Can Not understand hardly anything she said in the entire video. My deepest sympathies to all friends and family.

That is the Departments fault for letting these mumbling idiots to be dispatchers. Most are Blacks that never learned diction and this is the way they talk. It is a shame there are no standards for the way they speak. Mumbling morons I say. It is like I say, the Departments, all of them, FDNY, LA, you name it, they don't belong dispatching until they learn timing and diction.

Albert Cerrato I guess you have never been to the south then. There are people of every color that can not speak proper english. But anyways your racism is showing and I lost a co-worker that day, a strong Firefighter, and a great mother to her children. So please keep the racist shit to yourself.
