Just discovered this and am totally blown away. Videos like this are not widely spread around. ‘They’ don’t want us to see the astounding beauty and talent that is all around us that is incomprehensible. Now a fan of opera as well. Only 73 years old so plan on catching up. ;-)

Votre voix est littéralement divine Monsieur Jaroussky et permettez-moi de vous le dire même si je me doute bien de ne point être la première à vous le formuler. Elle a eu un pouvoir sur moi plus que salvateur et dans certaines situations les plus critiques. C'est la voix de Dieu qui s'exprime ainsi à travers vos cordes vocales, votre instrument à part entière au service de l'émotion 🙏❤😇

Flawless performance.Consider the exceptionally long phrases which were mastered with sensitivity and not one indication of suspect intonation. I could happily listen to Jaroussky for hours without setting my teeth on edge.Bravo maestro !

Jakub burzynsky from the tempesta, also an counter tenor, now the head of the orchestra has a version of this song which i like more, he takes some of the contra tenor vivaldi operas and sings them in an more alert way, it worth checking out, I noticed his videos are totaly underated and he is good.
