Im waiting to see the Mate 30 pro, new V series phone, and Sony Xperia 1.

I just got my first iPhone ever in January and having been an Android user since they came out I have to say, the iPhone in real world functionality is a little better than my last Android (Huawei Mate 10 Pro). Even though it has less RAM, it processes more efficiently as was shown in the multitasking test, and the processor is leagues better than the Snapdragon. That said, however, I will still be going back to Android when my upgrade is available simply because I miss being able to do a lot of the things Androids can do, such as downloading PS1/Game Boy emulators for example lol. The G8 really surprised me on its performance though and in this overall test I would still say the G8 wins, which surprised the hell outta me lol. (I currently have the XS Max btw)

@@kylemcconnell378 yeah, to tell you the truth the gap between 2 os is now so small... not even we can see it in real daily life except if we focusing on one thing at a time. and the price is getting bigger (LOL!)

@@von_9 In the US, the LG G8 ThinQ will only have 2 cameras: Standard and UltraWide, and in other reigons it will get 3: Standard, Telephoto, and UltraWide.

I dont thing hand unlock is gimmick but bad implementation. It is actually clever method to unlock phone. For example you dont have to stare at phone but just hold your hand in sensor.

IDK....the G8 utilizes Crystal Sound in the OLED screen along with the boomsound. It out performs my V40...and the V50 looks like it will not be using Crystal Sound Technology.

On a similar note: I usually only consider LG phones because they're sometimes the only ones with a headphone jack, and the quad DAC is killer.
