How did you conclude that the capacitive scanner is more secure than the ultrasonic one?? That is not true, because the capacitive scanner can be more easily fooled and there are videos that prove it. At least the ultrasonic one captures a 3D model of the fingerprint, and the process of fooling it is not practical and hard for average users.

The v50 will be a battery beast , the LG G8 smokes the galaxy s10 in battery life and the v50 will give the s10+ a run for its money

I switched to LGs after the s3's and never looked back. Started off with the Flex one, then a second Flex one, then the v20, then Fiesta 2 TracFone, and now the v40. Love the v40. Can't speak highly enough of it. It's blazing fast and moves at the speed of thought. I've never had any lagging issues. Love the IP68 rating, which allows me to record my rain videos outside in stereo. Thinking about getting a g6 because they're also IP68, as a second phone to record rain videos, and they're dirt cheap right now too. Got a great deal for my v40 on eBay with a bad esn for 200$.

The GYM, V30, G7, and even V40 got tons of love but they haven't shaken things up since then at all. They've only ever nailed the basics.

thats true it took 2 years for my V20, the first android phone with 7, even before google, to go from 7 to 8 and it will be fall when 9 is finally released and that will be its last, it has gotten security updates every few months thou. The slow updates mean 4 years support but 2 year for one update meaning you are always 1 year behind. LG did just post an update schedule somewhere, if they go to one ui over their skin it will be quicker.

@@Crazyreviewer123 so far i love it. i got a good case for it, the battery lasts a long time, and since i had an iphone for three years being back on android is totally a win. i don't mind the speaker either, it sounds decent enough for a phone, and bluetooth speakers are so cheap these days. the fingerprint reader works really well. not sure how it compares to the galaxy, but i recommend.
