Thanks! Bought a 2019 Tacoma TRD sport and this was in the center console. I had not really looked at it till now it totally made sense after I saw your video.

@BSTYTCO3 yes! Previous owner was awesome enough to leave it and the allen key. It also came with the stock tires and wheels. They had put on some Nitto Ridge Grapplers.
