Indulge in a sweet and delicious appetizer with these Phyllo Dough Rectangles topped with creamy filling and crunchy pistachios. This recipe is easy to make and perfect for any gathering or party. Try it out and impress your guests with this tasty treat!
Ingredients:
12 sheets of phyllo dough
125 g of melted butter
500 grams of mascarpone
100 grams of powdered sugar
100 grams of ground pistachios
Brush phyllo sheets and place them in layers one on top of the other.
Cut into rectangles and brush with butter, put in the oven at 180 degrees (356 F) for about 30 minutes.
Mine was ready after 20 minutes, check every 10 minutes until the dough turns golden.
cream:
Mix mascarpone cream with powdered sugar until there are no lumps.
Refrigerate the dough after baking
Transfer to a piping bag or use a spoon to fill each rectangle with cream.
Decorate with a pistachio filling and drizzle a little honey on top.
Keep in the fridge for an hour or two before serving.
