Suggest: PUSH PULL PRESS EXERCISES with 5 10 or 15 pounds. Do as many reps as you can do of different exercises for shoulders, arms, back and chest without rest. Do as many pushups you can do without rest. Try doing farmers carry with the heaviest weight you can handle. Not only do you want to strengthen your core, there is a need to increase your heart rate and strengthen your endurance. Importantly, it a must to improve balance. Do exercises every single day for at least 1/2 hour with no rest. One day off is ok. Anyway, it helps me. Wishing you peace and good fortune. Happy Trails!

I was having the same problem with carrying things on the shoulder straps! Which I was really bummed about because I drink more when the water bottle is right there in front of me. You could try swapping the water bottle pocket to the other side and see if there’s a difference. In my case, when I did that the other shoulder started hurting lol. But maybe worth a shot.

I’m going to try switching it, but my hopes are not high that it will change anything 😞 I might get a straw, like for a hydration bladder, so I can keep my bottle in the side pocket, but I won’t have to reach around and take it out all the time.
