I woke up this morning but had prayed I wouldn't. At 50 I was in great shape & exercised vigorously. 4 years later and my body is broken along with my mind. Health problems and grief have destroyed me. I can't hike far or run anymore and I stay indoors and it has became my tomb. Tomorrow it's supposed to rain all day but I'm going somewhere outside. Thank you so much!

The light you seek is already within you. You can't change the past, but you can change your future. If you are still there, it means your life has a meaning, you still have great stuff to do in that world. Go and find it, give yourself everthing needed to get forward and build everything you want to. As long as you breathe, nothing is truly over.
